Next week will be our last week for week night rides. Come on out one last time and join us before the clocks fall back. We will be meeting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. The Saturday ride at 9:30 am will continue throughout the winter hosted by our friends at Bicycle Village. In the event of bad or wet weather they move indoors for a free spin class held next door at the YMCA and put on by George, a part time employee at Bicycle Village,  and a great Spin Class Instructor! Spin classes meet at 10:30 am at the store. One hour with George and you’ll know you’ve had a good workout!!!The NCAR repeats will begin the second week of November and be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at noon meeting at the west end of the King Soopers parking lot. Depending on how many times you want to repeat will determine the length but usually it’s about an hour or so of riding. We will mix it up a little depending on weather and conditions and do different routes like Eldorado Springs.

Check the calendar on the website
for scheduling times and locations. It’s been a great year of riding and as the season winds down let’s keep on riding as much as possible!
