Our Annual Colorado Summer Trip
Each summer, Boulder Cycling Club makes a mid-summer destination trip to escape the heat and ride in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Past years have included Crested Butte, Steamboat Springs, Garfield and Pitkin Counties (Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt and Aspen) and Summit County (Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Frisco, and Breckenridge). We have also been known to occasionally travel out of state such as to the Black Hills of South Dakota.
We typically will make a long weekend of it and schedule fun rides each day for all to enjoy–relaxing, scenic rides for those wanting a recreational pace and challenging climbs for those that want to test their fitness level at altitude. When possible, we will offer road, gravel, and mountain biking options each day. Of course, there is plenty of other fun activities for you to choose and we will point you in the right direction.
Lastly, no Boulder Cycling Club event would be complete without after ride celebrations and libations and fantastic meals shared together. Join us for a fun, long weekend getaway filled with fun, laughter, and friendship and learn why this event always sells out quickly!
