There’s nothing like  a really cold day in Boulder to get your mind wandering to warmer spring-like weather. Yes, it has been an unusually pleasant winter,  so a few cold spells are quite bearable . Just think, daylight savings time changes on Sunday March 13 and we’ll be kicking into after-work riding once again!

In the meantime, jump off that trainer for one night and join us for the Annual Preseason Kickoff Party on March 1 at Boulder Beer! The party starts at 6:00 pm so come enjoy happy hour prices and appetizers while they last and free prizes including great cycling goodies from our friends at Bicycle Village! We will start the free raffle at approximately 7:00 pm. We will be selling raffle tickets for $5.00 each for a chance to win a cruiser bike as a fund raiser for the club. Also, we will have a mock up of the 2011 Boulder Cycling Club Jersey!  Come on out and support your club. Many of our favorite cycling oriented non-profit organizations will be there and will be offering discounts that night to sign up for their wonderful charity rides. It’s a great time to catch up with all friends and to meet new recreational cycling oriented future friends.
